Amma loves you Ali Farzan

You gave me pride just a couple of hours before leaving

Before the accident we went out with Nabila aunty and her family. Uncle made you buy some chocolates from Target store. When we sat in the car, you opened the wrapper. You asked everyone in the car to share. Uncle was busy in driving and did not listen to you. You repeated the offer thrice to him. I felt pride. I thought you have not given up the habit to share sweats with people. I wanted you to have this habit. You did not do it all the time especially you ignored while eating kurkuray. Whenever reminded by me of the habit you offered even if you did not want to share. Giving me pride was more important for you than impulsive joys.

Just look at this picture taken at Fizza’s birthday. I made you leave the play and join us for the picture. You obeyed, just look at the expressions on your face. You wanted to rejoin your cousins in the play. For your mother a family picture at that occasion was more important than your play. And for you making your mother happy was more important than your joy. You were a pearl Ali faran.

You gave me pride so frequently by following the instructions. Now I want to tell all the mothers not to give too many instructions to siblings. We do that so our sons and daughters live an ideal life. We never know who will leave us early. I made so many demands from you my love and you never refused. I made life difficult for you by putting so many pressures. Asking you to think sublime, act well, and react decently. Why I made it hard for you Ali Farzan. Alas, I should have known that you are with me for such a short time. I would have not stopped you from anything. I would have given you everything which gave joy to you even if it was harmful. Eating, sleeping, clothing, joking; I was making demand in everything. I was wrong my son. Please forgive me.

  1. Ali Farzan gave pride not just to you but all of us felt proud of him. If i ever talked about any of my nephews or nieces to my friends, it was Ali Farzan. His behavior, his schooling, his attitude everything was perfect. I often told my friends about his reading habit, my friends often asked me about which school he studies in, he had everything in him which we lack.
    we miss Him

    • I now pray that he would have been not so good but God have given him a longer life. If God had offered me the option I would have chosen for an imperfect but longer life. God does not offer choices to us.

Ali farzan was so perfect that God wanted to keep him in his own perfect world instead of keeping him in this imperfect temporary world. Having a nephew like you was huge pride for me. We lost you physically, but you’ll always remain with us in our hearts. Love you kid.
Chacha who taught you how to annoy your friends who disturb you, the last time we met.
